Installing EBS 12.2.5 for French language

Hi.,

We are planning to install EBS R12.2.5 for one of customer in African country whose official language is FRENCH. Please let me know what are the necessary steps to be taken care of during installation.

1) What is the character set we need to choose for database installation?

2) Language and Territory information to be selected during Installation of EBS?

3) Do we need to install both Oracle E-Business Suite NLS Release 12.2.0 - French (for the base rapid install) + Oracle E-Business Suite NLS Release 12.2.5 - French? or only 12.2.5 NLS is suffice?

4) Any other Localization/Legislation needs to be selected for installation. Kindly note that we are using only Financials n EBS.
