OATS 12.5.0.3 Error 404 unable to access admin,olt or otm

Hi,

I have recently installed OracleATS. After the successful installation I am unable to access olt or otm, getting Error 404. I have installed Oracle XE 11g before installing ATS. Can someone help me troubleshoot the issue.
