Is Siebel IP16 is stable version

Hi guys,

We are planning to upgrade our current Siebel application from 8.1.1.10 to IP16. So just want to know whether siebel IP16 is much stable version than IP15 ? As I faced lot of issues after upgrading our dev env to IP16 ( more frequently application OM is crashing).
