JDE XE support for VS 2013

Hi Team,

Our client is on XE SP 24.1.2. Clients wants to test till which version XE is supported.

We have did testing on Win 2012 with MS VS 2008 and it went successful. Now when we trying to test VS 2013, package build is failing for BUSBUILD.

We have specified JDE_CG section as following but still during BUSBUILD it referees older visual studio,
