How to handle multi-org. maintenance

We have a business scenario where the scheduled maintenance of an asset can be done at multiple organizations (eg. Calibration of equipment's). The Organization structure is governed by a different line of business and hence cannot be changes.

Now, when we move these assets from one org. to another, system creates separate WOs in each org. This as such is not a problem, however eam is not considering the last service details if the previous maintenance is done in a different org. which an issue.

Any suggestions to handle this...
