Is it possible to set up a contract to invoice by Preventive Maintenance visit?

A few large customer accounts are starting to request that their contracts are invoiced by PM visit.  When the PM visit is completed, the contract amount for that PM visit can be invoiced.  Is there a way to set up a contract in 11i, with a billing amount at the serial number (installed base item instance) level, by PM visit?
