Migration installation overwrites all javascripts on new siebel directory by the copies from old sie

Dear experts,

I am doing a migration installation of Siebel Enterprise Server 8.1.1.10 to 16.0.

In the migration installation, there is:

- old siebel directory for backup existing Siebel 8.1.1.10

- new siebel directory for Siebel 16.0 installation

From inspecting the cfgtoollogs/oui/migration_timestamp.log, I find that the migration installation copied ALL the javascripts

from: <old siebel>/siebsrvr/webmaster/siebel_build/scripts

to: <new siebel>/siebsrvr/webmaster/siebel_build/scripts

e.g.

There are these lines on the log:

Aug 30, 2016 5:07:40 PM com.oracle.siebel.migration.model.services.common.UtilitiesSvc migrateFile

INFO: /siebel8110/preIP2016/siebel/siebsrvr/webmaster/siebel_build/scripts/siebel/jqgridrenderer.js copied to /siebel/siebsrvr/webmaster/siebel_build/scripts/siebel/jqgridrenderer.js
