Setup for contract's approval

Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding Service Contracts in Vision environment ( version 12.2.4):

1.

I've created a service contract, passed QA checks and sent it for approval.

As I see, the automatic approver is Taylor, Philip.

How can I define myself as the approver?

2.

Logging to "Approvals Management Business Analyst" responsibility for starting approval setup, I'm trying to follow the instructions from the Implementation guide:

However, the Transaction Type LOV is empty and there's no Setup icon for the Service Contracts Internal Approval transaction type.

What am I missing?  (I ran concurrent program Approvals Management Post Upgrade Process, selecting 'Migrate All' parameter...
