Journal export to excel converts text format fields to number in R12.2.4

Hi all,

We have two ledgers in GL, the combination in the primary ledger have 7 segments (15.663.21806009.00000.00.00000000.00000000) and in the secondary ledger have 9 segments (15.663.21806009.000.00000.00000000.000.00000000.00000000).

When we export jornal lines from forms to excel file for secondary ledger, the system converts it to a format number (156.632.180.600.900.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000).

However, in primary ledger the export it Works!

How can I avoid this?
