BY18 ITPS Round6 Map File and Updated Validation

Hello Everyone,

Attached is the ITPS Map File that allows for 6 decimal places to be submitted to OMB.  Also, I've updated the validation for the category named "Exhibit 53 Check_18" based on the submission testing I've done to date.  For this posting, it's in a text file that can be copied and pasted. If you prefer an xml package to import, please contact me and I'll arrange to make one for you.
