Ora - 1406: fetched Column value Truncated Error in Sales Credit Form in Service Contract

HI All -

We encounter Ora - 1406: fetched Column value Truncated Error in Sales Credit Form in Service Contract.

We are in the process of upgrading from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3 .

After cascading the header level sales credit information when we try to open the Line Level Sales Credit Information - we encounter above mentioned error.

Would like know if any one has faced this issue in Oracle  Service Contracts Module and what was the resolution.
