CafeOne layout with Customer Ledger Inquiry

I'm trying to create a CafeOne layout on Account Activity Log Inquiry (W03B31G) with Work with Customer Ledger Inquiry (W03B2002A) as the embedded form.

I can create a Dynamic Link by the Address Number, but I would also like the Customer Ledger Inquiry form to only show open invoices.

I tried "Pay Status is mapped to A", but that didn't work.  Any suggestions?
