WO routing table F3112 updated with excess qty in SOQS, QMTO

Hi

We are in E9.0 and using superback flush to complete the work orders. Recently noticed that shipped qty (SOQS) and quantity at operation (QMTO) are updated with excess quantity than actually completed IC quantities. Noticed this issue for cancelling superbackflush  transaction after entering the quantity in P31123 , without completing WO completion. However this cancel operation updates F3112 SOQS & F3112 QMTO fields with the quantity entered in P31123 and no entries in F31122. Also noticed F3112 QMTO field value gets negative values for lot of work orders.

The R31802A runs for these WIP work orders updates F3102 and creates labor variance for all work orders which has value in QMTO field. Not sure what has caused this issue.
