Shared Services Synchronization with Active Directory

Hi,

I would like to know how often Shared Services will be synchronized with Active Directory.

Is there any setting to change the frequency of the synchronization?

We do have a case in which users are moved from one ou to another ou.

As a result, the user lost connections to Essbase. We can still see the user in Shared Services,

however, we cannot provision the user. The following day, we can provision the user.

It appear to me that there is a synchronization between Shared Services with Active Directory

or with Essbase.
