ARCMREQ Dispute ( Non AME) workflow pending for approval by Receivable Role

Hi,

I Created a dispute in advanced collections and it went through following stages

1. Approval by collector > Approved

2. Approval by Primary Approval > Approved.

3. Then it identify Receivable_role and send notification to user Receivable Role.

4. We defined Receivable Role correctly by using Responsibility_Key as Role ( less than 9 chars) and loaded it in workflow.

I tried assigning this responsibility to a user but it does not show in notifications of that user.

Question:   How to assign 'Receivable Role' responsibility  to a user.  Do we have to use SYSADMIN and User management responsibility as we use in AME etc.

Please provide the details. ( we are using 12.1.3)
