How to create LOV with existing view object and attribute in OA Framework

Dear all,

I need to add existing List of Values 'Category Name' to shopping cart in iProcurement. The view object exists already I need to add it to another page.

I am not familiar with OA Framework, so if anybody could send examples or documentation it would be very helpful.
