GME: Product for a phantom Batch is not transacting

We are using API for creating a batch as well as transacting and completing. Our batch has a phantom ingredient. Whenever we run the API all the items are successfully transacted except for the Phantom Product and the Phantom Ingredient.

Any similar idea on this?
