Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am currently using a JDE 9.1 application release with TR 9.1.5.9. and Web logic server.

Can you please let me know the steps for changing oracle default BLUE header to RED color header.
