iReceivables - Getting the following error when I click on the "Customer Access" Link in iReceivable

I am setting up Oracle iReceivables but getting the following error when I click on the "Customer Access" Link in iReceivables Account Management Responsibility:

"Could not create web bean, could not find item metadata Item Name: (ExcludeContactInfo); Region: (ARICUSTSEARCH)"

Need help...
