Error in XmlRpcQueryAgent::handleEvent: could not connect to server

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are currently in the process of configuring ISR. We have 2x ESXi hosts, one hosting the dashboard and Index VMs, the other hosting the RSS VM. After configuring per oracle instructions (obviously setting our own IPs etc), we are having an issue with conectivity to the RSS server from within the dashboard. We have configured a site and added the RSS etc, but the status chows connected but with errors. In the the log file we are seeing the following:

08/31/2016 13:25:26 [ ERROR] 0x883930 exit 3 connectionState 2, response: . 
2. 08/31/2016 13:25:26 [ ERROR] Error in XmlRpcQueryAgent::handleEvent: could not connect to server (error 111). 
3. 08/31/2016 13:25:26 [ ERROR] Error in XmlRpcQueryAgent::writeRequest: write error (error 111).
