PIC sessions Start/End date update

Dear PIC experts.

I have a problem with sessions start/end time displaying. ProTrace shows that end date and start date are both in a future. TZ is Ok in my user options, furthermore there are lots of sessions with correct start/end time. I can see wrong values for statistic sessions (for example CEM_Create_PDP_Context_ext) which is updated once a 15 min. Now it shows 00:00:00 1/09. It shows the same in query window when I click refresh session periods. But if I check data in session (in DB) with query:

select timetag

CEM_Create_PDP_Context_ext t
