Current to future xref P08515 to show a new calculation table

We are using the current to future xref P08515 to show a new calculation table attached to a new DBA for an increase in age rated premiums, but it is not working. Has anyone else used P08515 to show future (changed) premiums using an age table?

The Xref P08515 works fine for flat rates, but it does not seem to work with a calculation table. Please help!
