How to check the patch details applied with preinstall=y

Dear Team,

I have applied a patch in pre-install mode according to patch readme file. patch is applied successful. But when I had tried to see the patch record using the ad_bugs tables it returns no row.

adpatch preinstall=y

kindly suggest how I can check the patch details that is applied in pre-install mode.
