Personalization in Inventory Receipts form

Hello,

I want to personalize Inventory receipts form, only those PR,PO list should be shown that is created by the same department like if HR individual create PR for the department then inventory receipt form should be filter and shows only those PR,PO that is created by the department. User don't want to create new inventory org for this how can i personalize this LOV (PR,PO).
