After adding a child account to a discount sharing parent, we are getting "ERR_SERVICE_OBGM_DBUPDATE

After adding a child account to a discount sharing parent, we are getting "ERR_SERVICE_OBGM_DBUPDATE_FAILED" error while rating child cdr. After rating pipeline restart, this error is not coming.
