Transaction Import Limit in ARM? Error: "A Connection to the Server Has Failed (Status=503)"

Anyone know if there's a limit to the number of transactions you can import at one time?  I'm trying to load 8,000+ and it keeps giving me a time out error.

Is there something i need to adjust?
