Need API to Swap Service contract for a New Instance Number...

Here is the Scenario...

I have created one install base instance (ex. IB1234) which is linked to a Service contract (Ex..SC123).. now i need to create another install base instance (IB7890) and linked to service contract (SC123) after terminating install base instance (IB1234).. this is kind of RMA scenarion where the replaced IB will be terminated and system will create New instance for the replacement unit and shift the Service contract of replace unit to replacement unit instance.

Does oracle has any API to handle this kind of scenario.
