OPM Batches without Recipe

Hi,

We have a scenario, we have ingredient some silver coins but these silver coins may vary in size , each size is different item,from these ingredient we create our Product which is fixed. Maintaining recipe for each ingredient and product is very hard since the ingredient varies all time. Is there any possibility to map this in OPM, like adding ingredient and recipe on the fly.
