Is it possible to create new SO line..

Hi,

I am trying to do below scenario.

I have created SO with W line type which created WO for me. when I was cancelled the WO it automatically cancelled the SO line.

but when I am tried with re-opening WO, it will not open the SO line. is there any way to open SO line? if yes how?
