Table Column format entry in Data Masking only returns a single column value for the entire table

When adding a table column with data to be used to mask values in a table, the masking job only ever returns one value from the masking table and uses this single value to mask all the rows in the table being masked. For example, if you are masking a surname in an EMPLOYEES table, then all the employees surnames get masked to one single name.
