Is IP15 Upgrade process is supported with Oracle 12 C?

Hi All,

We plan to upgrade Siebel from 8.1.1.11 to IP 15. Currently the DB is on Oracle 11g and we plan to have Oracle DB upgrade as well.

From decision point of view is IP15 Upgrade process is supported / recommended with Oracle 12c?
