Annual Leave balances accrued

Hi,

Question:

Annual leave is accrued every month. Now, we have used the adjustment element to load the balances as at 01-Jul-2016 and we want the remaining leave days to get accrued and get added to the existing number of days that were loaded as at 01-Jul.

Current behavior:

Staff is entitled to take only 24 days annual leave, and his total leave days(15 days from 2015 and 12 accrued balance days as at 30-Jun-2016 = 27 opening balance days) were loaded using a Batch upload.

Now staff accrued days as at 31-Aug is 4 days. This means the total Entitled Annual Leave balance must sum and show 27 (BEE load) + 4 (Accrued) = 31. But when we Navigate to Leave Management > Click on Entitlement Balances TAB > Click on Show Accrual Balances Link>  here it is showing 27 days.
