I am trying to setup security on our business units and want to disallow access to all business units in the F0006 until the users are specifically granted access.  I have setup the row security as follows but it is not working on the local FAT client, even after deleting the DD specs and logging in.  We do not have any other security on this field that would be allowing access but I am able to do so using the UTB on the FAT client with a test user.
