getting "Failure connecting to "INFORMATICA_DW_SERVER"!" error in DAC11g when testing Informatica in

We have installed Informatica 9.5.1 on Linux and DAC 11g on Windows 2008 R2 64 bit server. Both are up and running fine and I am able to connect Informatica repository and services from Power center client from windows machine where DAC11g installed. Informatica Repository server connections are succeeded in DAC but, integration services connection is failing. Can you please help some one on this issue?
