Interface Install Base Lines records in B status - how to determine why they are in B (Pending) stat

Hello Oracle Folks,

Still waiting on some real documentation regarding 12.2.5 - despite it being released, there is nothing significant in the way of documentation to support its use. When is it coming?

We are testing on 12.2.5 with Install Parameter set up to track only customer Owned instances. I have several records (12) in the interface that are in B and remain in B, they are all Sales Orders that have been shipped, closed and have Installation Details populated, Deliveries with shipment details.

Can someone please explain to me how I am supposed to know why an interface record in in B (Pending) and how to go about resolving this. There is nothing in the log file or the output - so without running debug (assuming it would actually help) - how are we supposed to know what condition the B item is waiting on. I cannot find anything in the logfile or the output that seems to be related to the records in B status.
