Addition of a new description field in F069016 for French language

I just discovered that a change would have been brought in 2013 on the JDE table F069016 regarding the addition of a second description field (F069016.YPDSE2);

From tests that we just ran, it appears that when an employee language preference (F060117.YALNGP) is equal to 'F' (French), then the pay stub would retrieve the Tax Type description from F069016.YPDSE2 instead of retrieving the first description (F069016.YPDSCA).  Historically, I always used the first (and only available description until 2013) description of F069016 (.YPDSCA) where I used to create Tax Type bilingual descriptions since multilingual capability was non existing for Tax Types and therefore printing on pay check stubs.
