The error occurs when saving the workbook

Hello!

Can you please help me with the issue?

We are working with Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS), version 13.4.1.5.

When we are trying to save the workbook sometimes the error occurs (see screenshot). The error takes place approximately one time per week. In the error message it’s written:

The program “RPAS Foundation Client software” is not working.

The issue has led to the termination of the program working.

Windows will close the program and will notify you about the way of the issue resolving if it exists”.

The RPAS version is 13.4.1.5.


Did anybody face with the issue?
