Pick release not working in online Mode in API

Hi

We are using API's to do pick release and these are working fine in operating unit A, organization O

Now iam trying to use the same code in different operating unit say B, using Inventory organization  O of operating unit A

Application initialization is done properly, and this in fact has reserved the material in the API but pick release for some reason does not happen

No errors thrown but I believe its not selecting the rows in the program

When I do the same pick release through shipping transactions form , it works perfectly fine
