Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC)

Unstable work of Siebel 16.3.0.0. First TERMINATED component - SvrTblCleanup

Hi.

There are some random Siebel Server faults on our Production enviroment.

First TERMINATED component - SvrTblCleanup. Second - SvrTaskPersist. Then - a lot of Gateway access errors in all other components (Gateway is OK).

We had to restart Siebel server to restore normal work.

This happens from 1 time in a week till 3-5 times in a day, often one by one.

We noticed that case probability is higher while Server is executing a lot of tasks. For example, Job tasks or Marketing Import.

Sometimes Job WF have errors itself but I believe it shouldnt crash server components.
