Personalization for Prepayment Rate

Hello I would like to Personalize my Prepayment Payment in Foreign Currency to restrict that the Payment Exchange Rate Should be as of Invoice and for that I have set trigger event at

WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD and need to understand that what would be trigger object and what would be condition.
