Change the Resource Type from Machine to Person

All Due to some business reasons, we are planning to change some of the existing Resource Type setup (BOM-Routings --> Resources) from Machine to Person Are there any downstream implications of doing this change? We are only discrete manufacturing Any experience that can be shared or anything that need to taken care of - Costing, accounting etc  Thanks
