Regarding Notification feature
User has requirements which are given below.
1. Notification has gone to user A. User A has not responded for X number of days. Is there any feature that if notification remains with user A for a specific number of days, then it will auto forwarded to User A's manager.
2. Second, is there any feature that if user A has not responded for X number of days, then notification will get auto-forwarded to next person in Hierarchy.
3. Third is there any feature that user A is going on leave, then user A can set a feature that if any notification comes to him, then automatically notification gets routed to User B
