Multiple User Alert When Trying to access same transaction

Hello All,

We have come across the following situation in Oracle EBS R12.1.3 wherein there are instances where same transaction (in AP, AR, OM, etc.) are opened by multiple users.

While Oracle throws the pop-up if multiple people are editing and at times it locks the transaction also but what I was specifically looking out for is a solution as follows:

- Can USERNAME Details be made available as part of the POP-UP either before or after the transaction is queried

- Can we restrict multiple queries for the same transaction wherein the second or nth user gets to know who has the transaction already opened.
