WIP Mass Load program completed with Warning

When I release planned orders from ASCP- WIP Mass Load is completing with Waring and I could find below error in the log file:

Log File:

Calling PL/SQL API for processing discrete records

wilmlx.ppc: wip_massload_pub.massLoadJobs API returned unsuccessful status

Error msg: ORA-01403: no data found in Package wip_validateMLHeader_pvt Procedure lineValidateMLHeader

Done with processing discrete records. Starting repetitive processing....

All your suggestions/solutions are high appreciated.
