Fix/Inspect Form menu navigation

I'm new to JDE FDA,  I've written a very basic application containing  a find/browse and  a fix/inspect form . The menu displayed for the fix/inspect form displays icons to page through previous and next records. I don't see where an event can be fired to provide this functionality. Can someone point me in the correct direction?
