Installation issues with OTM fresh 6.4.x install

Hello Team,

Morning , we are stuck and facing issues with fresh otm installation version 6.4.x  on linux..

It seems the otm app & web servers are up and running fine and successfully but somehow the frontend URL -

http://<host>:<port>/GC3/glog.webserver.servlet.umt.Login is not working and opening up...

could someone please help us and let us know what all we could check and troubleshoot to figure out why the frontend login URL is not working ??

Are there any specific log files to be checked or validated for errors...
