Port based routing on ACME SBC E 7.2.0

Hello

I wish to know if ACME SBC E7.2.0 supports port based routing. e.g I have traffic coming on port 5060 and 5061 and want the next hop to be IP 1:5060  and IP2:5061 respectively.

If so, can someone please help me with the config or give me pointers?
