How to Apply discount based on Total sales order quantity and Item group.

Hi,

How to configure discount modifier, which get apply automatically on Total Sales order quantity and specific Item group.

If item group contains more than 10 items, then minimum Item quantity needs to define.

attached is the business requirement and discount calculation sheet.

Basic challenge is though we create Item group as mentioned in Model group, How we configure discount mentioned in slab2 and slab 3.

i.e How much item in that group present in sales order and total sales order quantity.

I know its a challenge but I am sure , you people can guide me with some workaround.
