Transaction Resource in pending while transact resource in SO.

Dear All.

We are on R12.

Please note that for every transaction when I Transact it's get stuck in pending. Which cause me to unable import the lines in actuals, for the resource. however BOM and resource setup is done.

Please need your positive feedback in this regards
