Budget Approvals - Orders not appearing for release on the P43070 App.

Hi there.

The Issue is on JDEdwards EnterpriseOne / Apps Release 9.0 / tools release 9.1.46.

I have setup all the required setups for a approval process along with a  budget hold to be applied when creating a PO on P4310, the order is created to exceed the budget and the B1 hold is applied.

Yet when I check with the budget approver address number on P43081 (who is different to the originator) and navigate to actually release the order, the system calls the P43070 application and despite all checks stating the order is awaiting the budget approver, the P43070 brings in No order.
